💰 Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Wallet Recharge Refunds
- Wallet credits are non-refundable once added to your account
- Wallet credits cannot be converted to real money or bank transfers
- Refunds are only available in case of duplicate charges or technical errors
2. Duplicate Charge Refunds
If you were charged twice for a single recharge:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of the transaction
- Provide screenshots or transaction details
- We will investigate and process a refund within 5-7 business days
3. Technical Error Refunds
If you did not receive the wallet credits after payment due to a technical error:
- Contact support with your transaction ID within 24 hours
- We will verify the payment with Razorpay
- Credits will be added to your account or a refund will be processed
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If your account was used without authorization:
- Report it immediately to support
- Change your password and secure your account
- Provide proof of unauthorized activity
- We will investigate and process a refund if verified
5. Service Cancellation
You can cancel your Flik account at any time. However:
- Remaining wallet balance will NOT be refunded
- Your account data will be deleted as per privacy policy
- You can request account deletion by emailing support
6. Refund Timeline
- Verified Refunds: 5-7 business days to reach your bank account
- Some refunds may take up to 10-15 business days depending on your bank
- Razorpay processes all refunds; Flik will not retain any refunded amount
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at flikqueries@gmail.com
- Include your phone number and transaction ID
- Describe the issue clearly with screenshots if applicable
- Our team will respond within 24 hours
8. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting Flik support first may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Loss of wallet balance
- Blacklisting from the platform
Always contact support first for any refund requests.
