Flik is exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing and using Flik, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be a legal resident of India to use Flik
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must not impersonate any person or create fake profiles

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Share explicit, abusive, or harassing content
Engage in sexual harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
Use Flik for trafficking, exploitation, or illegal activities
Share another person's private information without consent
Use automated tools, bots, or scraping software
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Video Call & Chat

All video calls and chats are peer-to-peer between matched users
Users are responsible for their own behavior during calls
Flik is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions
Any inappropriate behavior should be reported immediately

5. Wallet & Payments

Wallet credits are non-transferable between accounts
Wallet balance may expire as per refund policy
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
Flik does not store your payment card details
You are responsible for any unauthorized transactions (report immediately)

6. Account Termination

Flik reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

Violate these Terms and Conditions
Engage in abusive, harassing, or illegal behavior
Attempt fraud or unauthorized access
Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

7. Disclaimer of Liability

            Flik is provided "AS IS". We are not responsible for:
            Connection failures or technical issues
Matches or interactions between users
Any harm, emotional distress, or consequences from using the platform
Third-party services (payment gateways, video calling providers)

        

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Flik implies acceptance of updated terms.
